Order and payment
This site offers the possibility of purchasing products by placing online orders. This is done by adding products to your cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button on the product details page. After adding the products, click on the “cart” button at the top of the site where the instructions for completing the order will be followed.
Payment is made by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
Delivery and return
Products are delivered by courier. Delivery will only take place after the order confirmation
Shipping is free for orders over 1000 Euro, respectively 4800 RON.
Free shipping is valid for products that can be delivered through courier companies. This category does not include products with high volume and / or weight and respectively the products brought on demand.
The products labeled “Personal delivery” can be picked up from our warehouse in Piatra Neamt or they can be transported by Staibarn SRL with their own means, for a fee.
Products with the label “Personal delivery” can not receive free shipping, even if the order value exceeds the value of 1000 Euro, respectively 4800 RON.
The products can be returned under the conditions of the legislation in force, and the expenses related to transportation, storage, etc., will be payed by the customer. Products that are damaged or show signs of wear will be refused.
